While we continuously strive to improve our customer service and user experience, these Terms and Conditions serve as a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and BBS Wheel Rims. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
2. Orders & Payments
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all billing, shipping, and contact information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Once an order has been submitted and confirmed, no modifications, changes, or adjustments can be guaranteed. Full payment or any required deposit must be received before the order is processed. For orders requiring a remaining balance, the customer agrees to complete payment promptly once notified that the product is ready for shipment. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of any deposits made.
3. Special Orders & Pre-Orders
Special-order and pre-ordered items are defined as products that are not regularly stocked or are customized according to specific requirements. All such orders are strictly final sale. Deposits placed on special-order or pre-ordered items are non-refundable, and no refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or modifications will be permitted once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer or distributor. By placing a special order, you acknowledge and agree that all details provided are final and accurate. BBS Wheel Rims will not be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer, and it is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify all specifications before confirming the order.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately during business hours. While we will make every effort to stop or modify an order, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or shipping has begun. Approved cancellations may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee, calculated based on the total order amount, not the deposit. If the order has already entered production, fulfillment, or shipping stages, cancellation may not be possible and additional fees may apply.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Authorized returns are accepted only under specific conditions and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
- In-stock, non-custom items may be exchanged for another in-stock item, subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any price differences.
- Certain non-custom preordered items may be exchanged for a $150 flat fee plus any applicable cost differences and taxes.
- Products that have been opened, installed, mounted, test-fitted, used, or altered in any way are strictly not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All shipping and delivery timeframes provided are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed. Once a tracking number has been issued, delivery timelines are controlled solely by the shipping carrier. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, logistics, or high shipment volumes. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and planning accordingly. BBS Wheel Rims is not responsible for missed appointments, delays, or losses caused by inaccurate estimated delivery times.
7. Inspection, Damages & Claims
Customers are required to fully inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery. Any damages, defects, or missing items must be reported on the same day of delivery. Failure to do so may result in an invalid or denied claim. All claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. Minor cosmetic imperfections, including slight marring, finish variations, or packaging wear, may occur during manufacturing or transit and are considered normal and not grounds for return or refund.
8. Product Use & Installation
All products purchased from BBS Wheel Rims should be installed by a qualified and experienced professional. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from improper installation, misuse, or incorrect fitment. The customer assumes full responsibility for verifying compatibility, specifications, and proper usage before installation. Any damage caused during installation, including missing parts or improper assembly, will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
9. Liability Disclaimer
BBS Wheel Rims shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the purchase, use, installation, or misuse of any products sold. Certain products are intended for off-road or racing use only, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. The buyer assumes all risks associated with vehicle modifications, including potential injury or damage. In all cases, liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
10. Pricing & Availability
All pricing, product listings, and availability are subject to change without notice. Products may be discontinued, backordered, or unavailable at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies. Promotions, discounts, or special offers cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.
